Recon Fitness provides personalised online coaching through the Everfit app and supporting digital platforms. Services may include:

• Custom workout programs and exercise guidance
• Nutrition education and goal tracking
• Mindset and accountability coaching
• Community support and progress tracking

These services are for general fitness and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice. Always consult your GP before beginning any exercise program.

Our services are designed for clients aged 18 and over. In exceptional cases, we may accept clients aged 16–17, provided that a parent or legal guardian signs the necessary consent and agreements on their behalf. Recon Fitness Limited reserves the right to request proof of parental consent before coaching begins. By signing up, you confirm you understand the risks associated with exercise and participate voluntarily.

All payments are securely processed via Stripe. Recon Fitness Limited does not store or have access to your full payment details. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

Packages

• 1-Month Reset: One-off payment, non-refundable.
• 3-Month Reconstruct Coaching: This is a minimum 3-month commitment billed monthly. You agree to a minimum of three monthly payments upon signup. After the initial 3-month term, coaching continues on a rolling monthly basis. After the initial period, cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice to contact@reconfitness.co.uk.
• Yearly Coaching: Paid upfront with a 7-day cooling-off period if coaching has not yet started. Once coaching begins, the first 3 months are non-refundable. After 3 months, 70% of unused months may be refunded.

Missed Payments: If a payment fails, your coaching access may be paused until payment is resolved. We reserve the right to reattempt the charge within 7 days.

Exceptional Circumstances: In cases such as medical issues or bereavement, Recon Fitness may (at its discretion) offer program extensions or partial credits upon written proof.

If you follow your plan as prescribed, complete all required check-ins, tasks, and workouts, and show no measurable progress, your next month will be free. Progress is assessed through your logged data, check-ins, and completion rate within the Everfit app. This guarantee applies only to eligible coaching packages and cannot be transferred or exchanged for refunds.

You agree to:

• Follow your program as instructed.
• Complete check-ins and communicate honestly.
• Notify your coach of any changes to your health, lifestyle, or circumstances.

Failure to engage or complete assigned actions voids the Progress Guarantee.

By participating, you confirm that you:

• Are medically fit and have consulted a GP if necessary.
• Understand that exercise involves inherent risk.
• Release Recon Fitness Limited, its coaches, and affiliates from all liability arising from injury, illness, or loss incurred during participation.

Results vary for each individual. Recon Fitness makes no promise of specific physical or mental outcomes. Testimonials reflect genuine client experiences but do not guarantee identical results.

All materials — including PDFs, videos, voice notes, and app content — remain the property of Recon Fitness Limited. You may not copy, share, or distribute any coaching material without prior written consent.

The 3-Month Reconstruct Coaching package is a 3-month minimum contract. Early cancellation does not exempt you from the remaining payments within the 3-month term. After the initial period, you may cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice to contact@reconfitness.co.uk.

Refunds are only offered in accordance with the Refund & Guarantee Policy below. Recon Fitness reserves the right to terminate your service for non-payment or breach of Terms.

Recon Fitness Limited complies with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. We collect only the information required to deliver our services — such as name, contact details, fitness data, and progress logs.

Your information may be processed by third-party providers (Everfit, MailerLite, Stripe) solely for service delivery. You have the right to:

• Access or update your personal data.
• Request deletion.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

To the extent permitted by law:

• Recon Fitness Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 6 months.
• Nothing excludes liability for death or injury caused by negligence or fraud.

We may suspend or terminate your coaching access if you:

• Fail to make payment,
• Breach these Terms,
• Engage in abusive behaviour, or
• Share proprietary coaching materials.

Corporate or team packages are governed by separate written contracts and invoicing terms agreed before commencement.

We aim to resolve all issues fairly. Contact us at contact@reconfitness.co.uk for any concerns. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may amend these Terms periodically. Updates take effect upon publication. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
